Curriculum vitae Jeske Bongers-Jansen Professional:
Jeske Bongers has an extensive career as secretary, management assistant and office co-ordinator. The last 15 years she has worked in the Nijmegen University Medical Centre as secretary to the professior in Gastroenterology professor Jan Jansen, as management-assistent to professor Carl Figdor of the Tumor Immunology Laboratory and is at present office co-ordinator of the Pain Knowledge Centre. She has organised a number of national and international conferences and educational events, partakes in the management of the Pain Knowledge Centre, yearly organizes a study-block on pain for students in Medicine and assists in a number of projects on pain. She is webmaster of the sites of Anaesthesiology, the Pain Knowledge Centre and the Pain and Nociception Research Group. At the moment she studies Communication at the Leidse Onderwijs Instellingen.
Other Jeske has been a glider pilot and has co-organized a number of tournaments and events in this field. At the moment she assists in the organization of a show with horses which will take place in April.
